3. Products, Pricing & Availability

All prices on our website are listed in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR). We strive to ensure product specifications, images, stock status, and prices are accurate at all times.

• Product Condition: We clearly distinguish between Brand New items (factory sealed with manufacturer warranty) and Certified Refurbished items (tested, inspected, and backed by our store warranty).
• Price Changes: Prices and availability are subject to change without prior notice. In the event of a typographical error affecting a product price, we reserve the right to contact you before fulfilling the order.

4. Order Placement & Payment Methods

When you place an order through our checkout, you will receive an order confirmation. We accept several secure payment methods:

• Cash on Delivery (COD): Available for island-wide delivery. Payment is collected in cash upon arrival of your package.
• PayHere Online Payments (Visa / Mastercard): Secure checkout accepting Visa and Mastercard through the certified PayHere payment gateway.

5. Shipping & Island-Wide Delivery

We deliver products island-wide across all 25 districts in Sri Lanka via trusted courier services:

• Delivery Timeline: Standard island-wide delivery usually takes 2 to 4 business days from dispatch.
• Delivery Fees: Free shipping is provided for qualifying orders above our free shipping threshold. Standard flat-rate shipping applies to other orders.
